1. Processing time

Orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. This handling period covers quality inspection, customisation (if requested), and secure packaging.

Please note: Delivery timeframes start after dispatch, not from the date of purchase or tracking code issuance.

2. Delivery times by region

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom & Ireland 5 to 14 business days
United States & Canada 7 to 18 business days
Rest of world 10 to 25 business days

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or weather conditions. Estimates are not guarantees of arrival on a specific date.

3. Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel in real time via the link provided in the email.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days after dispatch, contact us at contact@netmantosfc.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

4. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping to all destinations in Europe. Other destinations may have a shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.

5. Customs duties and taxes

For destinations where duties and taxes are pre-collected at checkout, the total amount is shown clearly before you complete payment, and no further charges will be due on delivery.

For destinations where duties are not pre-collected, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country of residence are the responsibility of the customer. These are typically collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay duties or to collect the parcel may result in the order being held, returned, or abandoned by customs, with no right to a refund.

6. Important notes

  • Ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional costs may apply.
  • For multi-item orders, items may be dispatched separately for logistical reasons. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.

7. Fraud and scam prevention

We will never ask you to make additional payments outside our official checkout, request your full card number or CVV by email or WhatsApp, or direct you to a third-party payment link. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please ignore it and report it to contact@netmantosfc.com.
