By completing a purchase on netmantosfc.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you and HDM Digital LLC (doing business as "Netmantos").
1. About HDM Digital LLC
HDM Digital LLC is an independent online retailer of casual sportswear and fan-inspired apparel, organised as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. We ship internationally, with primary delivery coverage across Europe.

2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including delivery address, size selection, and customisation details, is accurate and complete.
HDM Digital LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, operated by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. HDM Digital LLC does not store or have access to your card details at any time.
Total prices displayed at checkout include the product price plus applicable shipping. Any duties or import taxes are calculated and disclosed before you complete payment when shipping to destinations where these are pre-collected; otherwise, they are described in our Shipping Policy.
3. Customised Items
Orders with customisation (name, number, or patches) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started. These items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are personalised goods made to the consumer's specifications. Please review all customisation details carefully before confirming your order.
You remain entitled to a refund or replacement if a customised item arrives defective or significantly different from what was ordered (see our Refund Policy).
4. Promotions
Promotional offers such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" apply automatically at checkout and are subject to the following conditions:
- The free item is the one of equal or lesser value in the qualifying selection.
- The promotion applies to standard in-stock items. It does not automatically apply to customised items unless explicitly stated in the offer.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
- HDM Digital LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid while stocks last.
- In the event of a return within the scope of a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" order, the refund value will be recalculated based on the items actually kept, in accordance with the promotion terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
For destinations where duties and taxes are not pre-collected at checkout, import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay duties or to collect the parcel may result in it being held or abandoned by customs, with no right to a refund.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which sets out different conditions for standard and customised items, the timeframe to request a return, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are issued.
For EU customers purchasing standard (non-customised) items, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Beyond this statutory minimum, Netmantos voluntarily offers a 30-day return window on standard items, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Customised items are excluded from this right.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance of the return, in accordance with both EU consumer law and card network rules.
8. Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Returns for incorrect size selection are not accepted for customised items. For standard items, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and Netmantos additionally offers a voluntary 30-day return window.
9. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and the HDM Digital LLC brand, is the property of HDM Digital LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
HDM Digital LLC is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or officially connected to any sports organisation, league, club, federation, national team, athlete, music artist, or brand whose name or imagery may appear in connection with a product. Any such references are descriptive only and used solely for purposes of identification, fair use, and to assist customers in finding the apparel style they are looking for. All third-party names, logos, crests, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to:
- place fraudulent or speculative orders, or use a payment method not lawfully your own;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content from the website at scale;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with site operation;
- violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
We may suspend or cancel orders and refuse service to any customer engaging in such behaviour.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDM Digital LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our aggregate liability arising from any single order is limited to the total value of that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and any statutory rights of consumers.
13. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws including the CCPA.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies more favourably to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable national or supranational law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for EU residents and equivalent consumer protection statutes for residents of the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
