When do I get my credit?
Minutes after your friend pays. You do not wait for the parcel to ship or arrive. We add the credit to your account straight away and send you an email to confirm it.
How do I spend it?
Sign in with the same email you used here, then shop as usual. At checkout the credit is already deducted from your total, so there is no code to copy or paste.
If you check out as a guest, the credit stays in your account and will not apply. Signing in is what unlocks it.
Which currency am I paid in?
Yours. We look at the currency of your last order and pay you in that one, so a customer shopping in dollars is credited in dollars and a customer shopping in pounds is credited in pounds. The amount shown on this page is already converted for you.
Can I use my own code?
No, and the system catches it. We compare the email, the account and the delivery address on the order against yours. If they match, no credit is issued. The code also only works on a genuine first order.
Can my friend combine it with other offers?
It does not stack. The 10% cannot be combined with our automatic Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, and it cannot be combined with another discount code either, since only one code applies per order. The checkout keeps whichever saves your friend more, so on a cart of three shirts or more the free shirt is worth more than the 10% and that is what applies.
Is there a minimum order?
Your friend's cart has to reach €30 for the 10% to apply. There is no minimum on your side to receive the credit.
How long is my code valid?
30 days from the day you generate it, and it works for as many friends as you like in that time. When it runs out, come back to this page and get a fresh one.
Is there a limit per month?
You can be paid for 5 referrals a month, so up to €50. Beyond that your friends still get their 10%, and your counter resets the following month.
Does my credit expire?
You have 45 days to use it, counted from the day it lands. The expiry date is in the email we send you.
