When do I receive my €10 credit?
Within a few hours after your friend's order is paid and ships. We send the credit by email and WhatsApp, in your language, ready to use at checkout.
Can I use my own code?
No. Self-referral is blocked. We verify each referral by matching customer email, account, and shipping address. If we detect a self-referral, the €10 credit is not issued and the 15% off discount on the order is reversed.
Can my friend stack it with another code?
Your friend can use the 15% off plus our automatic Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. The 15% cannot stack with other manual coupons (only one coupon per order).
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The friend's cart must be at least €30 for the 15% off to apply. This avoids abuse and keeps the program sustainable.
How long is the code valid?
30 days from the day you share it. Need a new code? Just come back to this page.
Is there a limit per month?
You can earn credit for up to 5 successful referrals per month. After that, additional friends still get their 15% off, but no further €10 credits are issued in the same month.
