By completing a purchase on netmantosfc.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. About Netmantos

HDM Digital LLC is an independent online retailer of casual sportswear and fan-inspired apparel, organised as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. We ship internationally, with delivery coverage worldwide.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including delivery address, size selection, and personalisation details, is accurate and complete.

Netmantos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Netmantos does not store or have access to your card details at any time.

3. Personalised Items

Orders with personalisation (name, number, or patches) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started. An item counts as personalised when a name, number, badge, or patch is applied to it to your specification at the time of ordering, including the name or number of a third party such as a sports figure selected by you from the options we offer. What makes it personalised is that it is produced to your instruction after the order, not whether the text applied is your own personal name. These items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Please review all personalisation details carefully before confirming your order.

4. Promotions

Promotions such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" apply automatically at checkout and are subject to the following conditions:

  • The free item is the one of equal or lesser value in the qualifying selection.
  • The promotion applies to standard in-stock items. It does not automatically apply to personalised items unless explicitly stated in the offer.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Netmantos reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid while stocks last.
  • In the event of a return within the scope of a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" order, the refund value will be recalculated based on the items actually kept, in accordance with the promotion terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility. Refusal to pay duties or to collect the parcel may result in it being held or abandoned by customs, with no right to a refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which sets out different conditions for standard and personalised items.

For EU, EEA, and UK customers purchasing standard (non-personalised) items, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Personalised items are excluded from this right. The direct cost of returning a standard item is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error, as expressly permitted by Article 14(1) of the Directive and regulation 35(5) of the UK Regulations.

8. Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing. We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Returns for incorrect size selection are not accepted for personalised items. For standard items, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

9. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website is the property of Netmantos or its suppliers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Netmantos is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update shown at the top.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies more favourably to you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
