Processing time

Orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. This handling period covers quality inspection, personalisation (if requested), and secure packaging.

Please note: Delivery timeframes start after dispatch, not from the date of purchase or tracking code issuance.

Delivery times by region

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times to European destinations are:

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, local postal service conditions, or peak periods.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email and/or WhatsApp. This allows you to follow your parcel from origin to delivery.

Deliveries are handled by international carriers and local postal services. If a delivery attempt fails, the parcel may be held at the nearest post office for collection.

Free shipping to Europe

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to European countries. No minimum order value required.

Customs duties and taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Refusing delivery due to duties may result in the parcel being abandoned, and in such cases, a refund cannot be issued.

Important notes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: If an order is returned due to wrong details, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • Address changes: Can only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations: Accepted only within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Loss or delivery failure: If caused by the carrier, a new shipment will be arranged and the timeframe will restart.
